Why is there no fixed TRY price on the site?+
Student volume, white-label, and concurrent live seats change the quote. The three tiers and feature grid stay fixed; the number firms up on the quote. The trial opens without a card.
How large is the yearly discount?+
Yearly billing applies about 20% and shows as a line on the quote.
How does cancellation work?+
Monthly plans stop at period end. Yearly refunds follow the clause in the contract. There is no hidden auto-renew lock.
How are payments collected?+
Iyzico and PayTR for Türkiye, Stripe for international enrollments. Installments and coupons open on Professional. The platform does not take a mandatory GMV cut.
Where is data stored? Is it KVKK-ready?+
Training-business data is hosted in Türkiye. The notice, processing inventory, and KVKK page are published and attached to the contract.
Does the free trial ask for a card?+
No. The self-serve trial does not ask for a card. Enterprise needs run through a separate demo.
